Stutter when moving mouse
My framerate is totally stable and the visuals are smooth when running in a straight line but when turning the mouse the display really stutters. The really annoying part is when watching the killca...
Hello marvotron,
Try setting V-Sync in the Video Settings to "Disabled". Let us know how you get on.
Sutii
I'll keep a record of all the combinations i've tried and the results :
I reset the nvidia control panel to defaults, so the game settings control everything.
Set refresh rate on the monitor to 60hz.
1. Titanfall V-Sync : Disabled
Stuttering + Tearing
2. Titanfall V-Sync : Double-buffered
Stuttering + Mouse Lag
Then I changed the NVidia control panel V-Sync to On
1. Titanfall V-Sync : Disabled
Stuttering
2: Titanfall V-Sync : Double Buffered
Minor Stuttering
Weird audio, laggy / missing sounds.
I have no problems like this with any other games, either source engine based (TF2, CS:GO) or not (e.g. QuakeLive) all of which I run at 120Hz.
Not sure what to try next.
For completeness sake i've tried every other option available to me :
1. Different mouse (Razer Deathadder 4G)
Same
2. XBox 360 Controller
Same
3. Turning with keyboard
Same
4. Different USB ports
Same
As well as practically every possible combination of refresh rates, v-sync settings and graphics settings.
Also I can confirm the other reports that mouse sensitivity is tied to the frame rate.
Just have to wait for a patch and hope it fixes things.
