lag is so bad it is unplayable. whenever i look/turn with mouse it stutters badly. if i turn vsync off it is even worse.

256gb ssd for system drive
1tb sshd game drive
nvidia gtx680 2gb
logitec G500 mouse
850watt psu
win7 sp1
ADSL internet connection averages from 13 to 16 meg DL speed.
game setting
1920x1080
all at max except for textures which is at very high and 4xmsaa.
