TF2 in Origin open steam and tells me to buy the game (again).

So I bought Titanfall 2 Deluxe edition a long time ago. I recently went to re-play it, the game installs fine but when I go to launch it through Origin, it opens Steam instead and sends me to the Steam Store page for Titanfall 2 and says I need to buy the game to play. I already paid for this game, how do I get it to work?
