After losing my steam account, I bought a second copy of the game for the EA App. It is the second copy for the Ea app that does not want to be installed. I have a video with this problem, but due to restrictions on file formats for the forum, I can't throw it off, I can email it. Yes, and 3 days ago I threw everything to EA tech support.

First. For the video, you can always share a YT link if you can post it there.
For the issue, check if the Steam version is still installed on your PC? if so we may be having an issue with the installed files, you will want to first uninstall anything already on your device and then attempt to install the EA app version.
