Hi, do you have the URL of where you bought it from? I assume you got the digital version from the US Amazon store, but I'd like to be sure.
As for your issue, it sounds like the codes aren't activated/redeemable yet, but I don't want to just assume this.

I sent PSN a email like you suggested but have heard nothing yet.
Amazon refunded the order and I will just purchase it again.
