TITAN FALL GAME
MY SON IS TRYING TO PLAY THE GAME WITH HIS DISC AND IT KEEPS SAYING CANNOT STORE HD CONTENT TO THE XBOX 360 HARD DRIVE. OUR XBOX IS THE 250 GB AND I HAVE CONTACTED XBOX AND THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT YOUR COMPANY.

Is it the original hard drive in your console or an replacement aka an non official Xbox hard drive? I recommend to de-install all Titanfall data from your console in order to install the game from the scratch. What kind of troubleshooting steps were recommended by the Microsoft support?
