Titanfall | Xbox One | Reset Generation to Gen 1 | Too Legit To Quit

I was using "forged certifications" to get Gen 10, but now I would like to get my last Xbox One achievement left "Too Legit To Quit", but I can't and I would like my generation to be resetted to Gen 1, so that I could make it to Gen 10 all the way up legitly (with keeping "personal stats", because I have spent many time on this game and I don't want to lose these). I am still trying to contact EA chat, but it is not connecting me, so I am asking here as well.
