    In that case it sounds like you'll wan to reach out to your ISP, if a VPN can bypass a connection issue, it can indicate that the issue is on the connection side.

The game works with a vpn, and by works I mean it doesnt disconnect, but due to the lag from the vpn, it's not playbale.
