Titanfall 2 - Game freezes after a cutscene.

After the opening cutscene in story mode, the game just does not continue and hangs on loading, at the same time in the task manager the game is not considered as hung. i searched a lot of forums, a lot of what i read, but nothing of what i need. i hope that at least here will help me. (После вступительной сцены в сюжетном режиме игра просто не продолжается и зависает на загрузке, при этом в диспетчере задач игра не считается зависшей. я перерыл кучу форумов, много чего прочитал, но ничего из того, что мне нужно. надеюсь, что хотя бы здесь мне помогут.)
