Titanfall 2 - rapidly flashing lighting glitch

I just finished the tutorial and am unable to play any further because of a major lighting glitch, that is rapidly flashing in different colors (but mostly white) even when the game is paused. It appears as long stripes (or beams) across the screen or circles. The size and brightness changes every frame. Here's a clip (epilepsy warning!) https://youtu.be/0d6S0pZaaH0. I've set all the ingame video settings to the lowest possible, reinstalled the latest graphics card drivers, checked the game files integrity on steam but nothing worked. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
