Titanfall 2 AMD RADEON RX 590 game always crashing

Titanfall 2 DXGI error

Hello everyone, a few months back I decided to get back into TF2 and was really excited to play it again. While playing one day after changing over to a new pc build i constantly get the following error after about an hour and a half of playing

dxgi_error_device_hung

The error causes me to have to restart my pc to continue to play it or anything else.

My system specs as follows

MSI B450

Ryzen 5 3600x

16gb ddr4 

RX 5700 XT

2Tb drive

I have tried all the steps that EA game me as well as 3 clean driver installs for my GPU and 3 entire pc resets but yet nothing has foxed the issue

I tried to uninstall TF2 and ive uninstalled all of Origin its self and that didnt work either

Does anyone have any suggestions or a fix for the issue?

Ive attempted that repair many times and it still hasent fixed the issue 

Ive attempted this and it did not fix the problem, ive even gotten to the extreme as to resetting my entire pc and it didnt fix it either
