I have only recently performed a fresh install but I could try it. Were it not that I don't have the game, that's why I wanted to try it during the free weekend.
And I have two monitors connected (only one is used for gaming) one HDMI and one DVI. The HDMI one is used for gaming.
Well, maybe the HDMI connection causes this. It would be nice to test the game with only one DVI monitor.

Aaaaand I'm back. I bought the game and I still have problems with my CPU being unable to render the many sound sources (probably), it's an AMD X4 760K and my GPU is an MSI GTX 1070.
Some things I've tried that helped (a bit) is setting the priority to high in the task manager. I've installed realtek audio manager to try it and at the very least it didn't make it worse.
The campaign was playable this way but online matches are very annoying.
Edit: I've tried disabling Origin overlay and other possible fixes that were mentioned too but none of those really helped sadly.
