Chatted with EA support tonight about Titanfall 2, basically they told me its my ISPs problem... Really al the players that I am playing with in game confirm lags and server disconnects...
Are other people having these issues and are you reporting them??? The servers keep timing out after every mach, lags make the game unplayable at times and you can not see anyone's stats, it just keeps saying fetching but never shows anything. sometimes just waiting for a match to start the server drops connection and says it timed out... Now I would understand it may be my ISP but not when every player in the match is complaining also.. I have a 400 meg down and 25 up and have no issues with other games or streaming... Who do we complain to, seems that all of the players are complaining but it is falling on deaf ears...
Yep, the servers are once again under attack. You can have a gigabit connection but that won't save you from the server giving everyone 5000+ ping.
In all fairness, I only have a 2500 ping but the end results are very much the same; a completely messed up gaming experience.
The answer is - they're lying.
It's not your ISP. I'm on a 1.2 gigabit connection, and it happens to me. It's the ONLY game it happens in. EA Support knows not of what they speak.
Not to mention the issue for Titanfall 2 has been going on since early April, and for the first Titanfall - for years. It's a group of people that have a burr up their butt for some reason and are shutting down the servers. I have no idea why.
With EA still selling the games, you'd think they'd make an effort to fix the games to make them playable beyond TF2's single player campaign.
Keep reporting it - if they tell you it's your ISP, call them out on it.
So this has been happening for months now, and I get extremely high ping 2000+ on every multiplayer match, even on private match. Are you guys even trying to fix this server issue??
EDIT: O yeah, and get timeouts too even just on main multiplayer menu!! Customizing loadouts or partying up etc, after like 30 secs we get booted out to the main menu!!
