Titanfall 2 crashing with ReadPacketEntities: Failed error message

im playing on xbox one x and have been seeing these issues on and off for a couple months now. Sometimes TF2 works (but always with some frame drops leading to “teleporting” players) and sometimes i load into a match and am frozen (no moving/looking/shooting whatsoever) while falling to the ground on initial spawn or right after i hit the ground. Ive restarted the xbox and my wifi a few times but nothing changes. Hope this issue gets fixed
