This has been a problem since the end of March this year. EA did not do anything yet, they are not even trying to fix the game. Why? This is not giving them enough money to keep it running. This is not a pay-to-win game or has DLC's you have to buy to have the game completed.
As long as TF1 & 2 are not giving EA boxes of money every month, they won't try to fix it ever. We can see here that EA just leaves this game in the trash bin, as they call it out-dated in an other post.
When you ask them to fix the problem, they will tell you it your own problem or fault in your PC or connection, because they know it is their own fault. The servers are being blocked to operate normally or they are doing it themselves. They will never stop selling the games, because that would stop the income.
It is all about the money, not about what the consument wants.
That's pretty much it...
I noticed my ticket complaining that the problem on their end was marked as "Can not fix"
Unfortunately I also seem to have been the only one to make a ticket regarding this according to the customer support person I got.

I've just tried to draw their attention to the DoS. However I'm just talking to text robots. If the DoSer ever turns his attention to APEX, as he may do eventually. Then I suspect action will be swift. Perhaps he knows for some reason attacking Titanfall 2 will bring no retribution. The whole thing is very puzzling.
Especially the apparent total powerlessness of EA/Respawn in the face of frankly an amateur script kjiddy hacker. Thought gaming servers had DoS protection built in? Just absolutely puzzled by it all.
Looking at the patterns of DoSing. It was starting at 9pm and ending at 12.30am BST. Saturday he didn't DoS at all. Sunday 5th was all day from 9am to past midnight. Today he has changed to roughly 12 midday onwards, BST. So he's increasing the attacks. The longer he continues as with everything of this nature the more chance of him being caught. I'm sure he knows that. Maybe that's why he stops every now and then. By all accounts this is a manual Dos. He's spending alot of time and effort on this. I have no idea why......he really should give us a clue to his needs. That's only polite.
- 4 years ago@ReploidSham Don't believe that line of crap! Since Jan 2020 I've opened at least half a dozen tickets with photo & video accompanying them. Always got the same canned answer ... "we're looking into the problem & will respond soon" Either that some form of the "it's all on your end or your ISP's fault"
Funny how the game would work perfectly sometimes then all of a sudden become unplayable ... - 4 years ago
Yes, sir... I can validate that. I have a tendency to believe that people/organizations are trustworthy...
So when I was able to play a few games I was thankful and also thought EA was making some progress.
Now tonight, 9-7-21 can't finish a game, due to our ReadPacket, server time out, bla bla bla,,,
It's all related to a problem that we were told was being looked into.
You can't tell your customers one thing and not deliver.
There will be a number of financial consequences.
It's going beyond a support issue.

Oh - you're not the only one who's created a ticket on it. They're lying if they told you that. I personally have created several - as most of the time my tickets get closed with no comments, no information, nothing. Just closed.
This is why EA will never see another thin dime from me.
