@ReploidSham Don't believe that line of crap! Since Jan 2020 I've opened at least half a dozen tickets with photo & video accompanying them. Always got the same canned answer ... "we're looking into the problem & will respond soon" Either that some form of the "it's all on your end or your ISP's fault"

Yes, sir... I can validate that. I have a tendency to believe that people/organizations are trustworthy...
So when I was able to play a few games I was thankful and also thought EA was making some progress.
Now tonight, 9-7-21 can't finish a game, due to our ReadPacket, server time out, bla bla bla,,,
It's all related to a problem that we were told was being looked into.
You can't tell your customers one thing and not deliver.
There will be a number of financial consequences.
It's going beyond a support issue.
