Titanfall 2 English in Poland

This has been brought up multiple times, but the most recent I found was from 2016 and I wanted to revisit this topic. Why are the Russian and Polish regions locked to only those two localizations of the game? Nowhere in the store did it note that I wouldn't get the original English version (which is my preferred language in nearly damn everything - Windows OS, Windows user profile, Origin and other Origin games). At first it didn't bug me all that much (I wasn't speaking as much English when I got the game), so I'm way past the refund point. I paid full price for the game, so I want to get, well, the full game. Not two localizations, one of which sucks and the other is in a language I'm unfamiliar with. So, is there any non-shady way to bring the English version to Russia or Poland?
