I've been having this issue as well since I bought the game in april or may. My laptop is a Razer Blade Stealth with GPU GTX1650 Ti and Intel i7 processer. I don't really know much about computers but I've tried almost every fix suggested in other forums and advice given from EA help. I start the game and the multiplayer option is locked as the game cannot locate any servers. I've tried reinstalling both the game and origin, clearing my laptop's DNS, connecting to ethernet instead of wifi and turning off all other network adapters, fixing the game through origin, contacted my internet service provider to ensure that the correct ports were open, and I even reinstalled windows to make sure that the problem wasn't due to my laptop. I honestly don't know what else to do. ):
I tried contacting EA support three times but no one could help me! D:
I even bought the game twice! Once through steam and once through origin itself as I really love Titanfall 2 and used to play it on the Xbox before I switched to PC. I really want my game to work and I hope there's a fix for this issue. ):

Just googling online showed you had a intel wifi 6 ax201 internet card on your razer laptop. Again, 64 bit only. No signs of 32 bit. That's the only difference I could find between the ones that work (The old laptop I mentioned some ways back) versus the newer ones that don't work.

I think you're right because nothing else seems to be wrong from all the things I've tried doing to fix the issue. /:

any updates? ):
- 5 years ago@CaKeiCat Nothing at the moment...it annoys me that this may have been forgotten.

This truly is annoying. I’m playing it on my XBOX One and never had an issue until I tried to play again today. I’ve been online reading forums on how to fix the issue, but end up on the same short pier with a long walk ahead of me. I’ve read post all the way back from 2017 and all of those customers still have not gotten proper responses on how to get the issue fixed. I tried all methods listed by gamers and EA reps and still have nothing. I hope EA is not waiting for us to just forget and actually sends out an update for us to enjoy the game once again. Please EA, don’t let us down.

Hold on, this is relating to the PC issues going around where people can't connect. What the heck is going on over on your end that's causing an Xbox One to not connect?
- 5 years ago@Hydrofreeze98 I took a few months off from playing it daily to play some other games I had received as gifts. TF2 is one of my favorite games and went back to playing yesterday only to find a message saying my account is not allowed to play online, as if I was being punished for not playing. I’m not buying a new profile to “Try” and fix the problem. My XBOX Gold is up to date and my internet connection is good. I’m pretty sure it’s on EA’s end
- 5 years ago@Osco760 That's a lot different than the problems that have been listed here, to be honest. Yet still, that really does pose a strange case. I hope this gets some attention as well.

For anyone wondering installing and launching the game through the new EA desktop does not change the problem.
