@Exodia504 maybe it could have also been that it was hardware differences on the PC's? Also maybe the ISP (Internet Service Provider) could have affected it? Also having the PC connected straight to the router via ethernet cable is the best bet for good connection to the game and would recommend getting an internet/wifi extender (can be referred to as a mocha box or something like that, not good with technology, which i believe should be available to buy from your ISP) near your other PC and connect to it by ethernet cable. Sorry if this doesnt make any sense but if it does, let me know if it helps!
