Are you trying to play on a sub-account of another Xbox account? More information on this can be found here.

I don't think so. My profile is the one with the gold subscription and the one that I'm playing on. The Xbox profile is also the correct one linked to my EA account

Thanks for getting back to me. We'll go through some troubleshooting. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
