Issue still persists after latest DLC.
Seems like there could be some conflict with my couter ASUS RT-AC68U . When I try to connect on Wifi network through my mobile hotspot for testing, it works fine.
I'm able to play a few matches, versus nothing.
Is anyone from EA tech help reading this?
Thank you for the update. If the issue has been narrowed down to your connection/router, then contacting your ISP is the best way forward. Talking to support would likely lead to you being redirected to your ISP.
Hopefully they can identify where the issue lies and get this cleared up.

I was hoping you could help me regarding the network issue for routers. My ISP will not assist me regarding this as it is my own router.

I tried playing the game via my mobile hotspot, the issue still persists.
Glitch in the frontier DLC has officially broken the game for me a few weeks in.
Huge fan of the game, and now I can't do anything. No support follow up either.

I suspect the cause of the issue lies elsewhere, and either coincided with the launch of Glitch or it was somehow triggered by it. Does it still consistently fail or is it intermittent? Do you see the same behaviour when connected via a mobile hotspot now?
You mention some other things that seem to temporarily help with this issue, so for the next thing I'd like to try restarting with a Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
