9 years agoThank you for the update. If the issue has been narrowed down to your connection/router, then contacting your ISP is the best way forward. Talking to support would likely lead to you being redirected to your ISP.
Hopefully they can identify where the issue lies and get this cleared up.

I was hoping you could help me regarding the network issue for routers. My ISP will not assist me regarding this as it is my own router.
