Titanfall 2 Recent update eats all disk space

Issue : Just tried to update Titanfall 2 yesterday. Everything was good till the download got half way when it failed because if a full hard disk. I was baffled to why and how as i had 30GB free and downloading a 2.5 GB update that when downloaded takes up 3.4 GB so i left it to the next day to fix.

Today I have tried to uninstall origin and reinstall but this causes a new problem where i cant install origin because of error 9:0, after trying to solve Error 9:0 and failing to i installed origin via my laptop and putting it on my desktop and it worked. I have again tryied to update the game but same issue, at this point dont know what to do.

PC specs:

CPU; Intel I3 4160 @3.6ghz

GPU: PNY GTX 750

Ram: 6GB

Hard Drive: 250GB 7200RPM

Windows 10 64-bit

So with your Pagefile taking up at least the same amount of space as your RAM, the download most likely being compressed (requiring more space than the size of the download) and some more space required for other OS operations, you basically just need to free up hard drive space or move some files elsewhere and then retry.

  • thanks for the quick reply will free up some more space and get back to you on the results

  • Hi i decided to buy another 250Gb HDD for the time being and making more space didn't work so i decided to repair as well and that worked.,

    Thanx for your help
