Titanfall 2 Steam deluxe content missing

Hello,

I am missing all the bonus content from the deluxe/ultimate edition ingame, even tho it says the dlc is in my library.

interestingly enough, my friend who I have bought the exact same version on the same day, has all the content available ingame.

I already contacted EA support about this, after 4 days of seemingly copy/paste mails with no working solution, we start at "restart your PC" again.. its getting very frustrating.

I have also contacted steam support, they however told me that everything is installed on my account and I need to talk to EA.

Whats missing:
Scorch + ion Prime skins
Thunderbird nose art
several camos like "excalibur chrome"
basically everything that is advertised on the steam page to be included.

Oddly the Ultimate edition "jump start pack", "underground R-201 carbine" skin and also separately purchsed dlcs "angel city camo pack" and "colony reborn Camo Pack" are working fine and are available ingame (all purchased via steam). I have also a Skin you get from playing BF1 (red baron).

what I have tried so far to fix it myself:
disabled and re enabled all titanfall 2 dlc
re logged in steam and EA app
verified game files after restarting my pc
moved installation from D drive to C drive
moved installation back to D drive
repaired library on D drive
tried to change download region

cleared cache on both steam and EA app

please help me I am running out of ideas and getting replies back from 7 different support agents who don't seem to read any previous conversation about this topic is draining.
