I have already tried intalling both the game and EA app to different drives without success. As I said before I have also tried it on my laptop as well to find the same error.

As I stated earlier this is an issue on EA's end. No amount of installing/reinstalling will fix this. If you could report this bug to the software team so they could develop a fix that would be helpful.

Community AdminThank you for the posts. Something that may help with looking into this is to first attempt a launch again, then run the EA App's Error Reporter, and provide the report number.
To do this, start by clicking the three lines in the top left, then Help > EA Error Reporter.
You'll then be prompted to add some more details. Please do so, then let the reporter run. Once it completes, it will provide a report number, please include this in a post.
