I am having the same issue, it would be nice if someone... *COUGH COUGH* the community manager *COUGH COUGH* could reply to these like he/she does to others. I know you see this and at least some recognition of the issue would be nice.
Even if you were to say there is nothing we will do, honestly the community will take any word from you at this point.
@EA_Atic Can we please get something on this?

Community Manager
This has been alerted to the team and they're investigating issues where some players are not being able to access or stay connected to servers. Thanks for letting us know, @ScrunglyBungus69 !

@EA_BlueberryTHANK YOU! Thank you for being the first person to respond to this!
Here is to hoping this gets resolved... Thank you.
I just wanted to clarify, this is ALL players are unable to use the public matchmaking. I haven't seen any of the usual players from around the world able to connect to the multiplayer lobbies for the same reason!

Let's fix these things. I try to be a useful part of what can help everyone. No matter what activity you start. But it’s still better than begging the little kings of EA to crawl to finally do something. This problem, as he wrote, has been around for 2 years. Now it has hit the shelves again for € 20 and no one has informed new customers that thanks to the activities of a hacker it has not been possible to play and relax for 2 years now. (so that the skin does not burn off the EA image) Why is it better to get together and try to improve on the current situation? The answer is very simple. EA doesn’t help, no meaningful answer, no support. Last but not least, no one wants another two years than what we’ve experienced as a hacker so far. I no longer expect any help from EA customer service or the development team. It’s been going on for 2 years in terms of listening, which is still going on and no one is doing anything.

I bought this game recently and can`t believe whats going on here. I also can`t connect, "connection lost". Is this a freaking joke?! EA Squeezing out thousands of dollars from people and and they don`t even respond to all these complaints (besides one exception)?! Look at steam there is roughly 500-1000 negative reviews now. There is far more then just a 100 people that want to play this game.
Btw, im an active TFII player and i won`t give you a single € as long as i can`t play TF for which i payed money. And the game is still up for 20€ on Steam. This is close to fraud.
Furthermore this hacker that crashes the game seems to be allowed to do so, or gets tolerated even though he has been multiple times reported to be harrasing players and beeing a racist.
Just incredible.
