TitanFall Error 10049

You are asking that here in Answer HQ, a peer to peer game players' website, where we don't sell the games.  You need to visit with the Game Advisers on Help Center, but if I were you, I would wait until Monday.  On weekends, there is only a mere skeleton of staff on hand there, so wait times are very long (two hours and more)  some regions have no weekend Game Advisers at all.
