Titanfall.exe has stopped working

I posted this on respawn as well. I just talked to ea and they are saying that they are not going to support dx10 cards and It should never have worked with the 88000 and that it was a missprint!! how do you missprint 88000!!!????? anyways im just going to repost what i have posted on respawn froms hear to show what steps I Have taken. Perhaps someone could figure this out because EA is not helping with this issue at all. 

Ok this will make little sense and may sound a little like a rant because its mostly things that EA has told me and I do apologize for that but here we go.... So I have spent days talking to EA and they have given me no real support. They told me to do things like uninstall dx11 and other stupid impossible things like that. Anyways I have a GTX260m in my Alienware m15x. The game crashes in lobby. Now Ea tells me they cant support me because my GFX card is dx10 (as a side note they did not know that dx10 cards wont play on dx11 I had to explain this to them... more than one of them) and after explaining this to them they told me the 88000 could be upgraded to dx11 but my card cant so It wont work and they wont support me but if I had the 88000 (a 8 year old card) they would support me because it can be upgraded to dx11. But I know for a fact that it really cant (once more multiple reps told me the 88000 could be upgraded to dx11 wow EA wow). That to me makes no sense why make a game and say the minimum is a dx10 card and then turn around and say no dx10 card will ever work and if it will we wont support it??? (that is what they told me) even tho dx10 cards will work and the minimum requirement is a dx10 card!!! The people you have supporting your game are morons. Anyway I normally crash in the lobby menu but if I spam the enter button I can get to the page where you pick your titan and then it crashes. Ea Says the problem is because you need dx11 well I have dx11 installed because it is integrated with windows 7 and I have a card that is not all that great but is over the minimum requirements. Any REAL help would be great. I tried to get support threw EA and that was a joke so now I am asking for your help. PS they also told me that you guys released a patch that disable dx10 cards from working and had no plans on reverting it and that I needed to upgrade. I am not making this up these people are unbelievably .... just....wow.(in a very bad way) I doubt you would make a patch that did that. What would be the point? Also they told me that the dx10 cards that can run the game were running the game in dx11 and that would damage the dx10 cards and that overclocking could fix my issue. Yes EA reps are that stupid. 
UPDATE: Also I just talked to EA once more and they are claiming that the minimum requirement for that game is a miss print (how do you miss print 88000) and that they are going to update it. all of us are f(*&(d basically and if that is the case that is false advertisement. After this I am done buying games from EA for good. A source game should be on steam anyways.

Bug overview: Game crashes in the Private Lobby Menu.

Specific details: Whenever I click on Play, it loads, and when the Private Lobby Menu appears it crashes, I get an error that says: TitanFall.exe stopped working.

Frequency: 100% of the time.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Open the game
2. Click on Play
3. Loading Page
4. Private Lobby menu
5. Immediate crash

6. Gets to the screen where you can select your titan and CTD)

Intel I7 720qm 1.6ghz clocked at a STABLE 2.8ghz using setfsb and throttlestop

Windows 7 64bit
8 GB RAM DDR3

Can I run it says I pwn the requirements and should have no problems even b4 the over clock

Also here is a list of trouble shooting I have done with and without EA
I have tried to force the game into dx10 using -dx9 and -dx10 at the end of the shortcut string also -novid -safemode. I have lowered all of my settings and resolution as low as they will go I have also checked my dxdiag file and had ea check it and there are no errors. I Have ran Malwarebytes and avast scan to remove anything bad in the background and I have ran a chckdsck because EA said to and ran the game in compatibility mode with vista and windows 7 and ran in administrator. I have also disable the origin overlay and repaired and re-installed the game several times . I have removed all background programs from msconfig from starting with windows and did a clean boot. I have also uninstalled the game then removed everything associated with the game from my registry and my temp files then rein-stalled and it still crashes. I have also tried many different drivers even the latest beta driver with no success. When i get off work I will also add my dxdiag page file to this so you can look over it and the crash log as well. But I think the issue is with your game and direct x. Any feedback that leads to a solution would be greatly appreciated. This problem needs to get fixed.
