Titanfall greyed out in Origin

Hello,

I purchased and downloaded Titanfall two days ago and now it is greyed out in Origin and I am unable to play.  Only Titanfall is greyed out, my other games are playable.  I reloaded my games within Origin, but this did not fix the issue.  I reinstalled Origin, but this also did not fix the issue.

I searched for an answer to this issue before posting but was unsuccessful.  Please advise!

    Hi kfife,

    My friend had same problem, but we resolved it.

    What I did:

    • Close Origin

    • File browse to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games

    • Rename Titanfall to _Titanfall

    • Start up Origin

    • Game will appear in My Games ready for Download

    • Close Orgin

    • Rename _Titanfall back to Titanfall

    • Start up Origin

    • Game should now be playable

     

    This is what I did on friends machine and it worked.

    Hope this works for you, if your still having issues.

    @kfife For this, I suggest to contact EA/Origin support. They will be able to assist you further.

    Click the following link and log in to your EA account: http://help.ea.com/en/

    1- Click help with a game
    2- Click on your game or search if it isn’t listed.
    3- Select a topic for the best results.
    4- If your topic isn’t listed, Scroll to the bottom and select Contact Us
    5- Select your platform and list a short description of your problem.
    6- Select live chat or call me to request a call back.

    Make sure you have the phone near you if you selected call me and have the device you are having the issue on near you also.

    It worked like a treat but every time i shut my computer down i have to re do it any tips?

    Apart from not shuting my computer down
