Titanfall HD content won't download on xbox 360

I have a 360 elite with a 120gb HDD with over 40gb free and when I try to download the hd content it stops around 3/4 and says couldn't store hd content to xbox 360 jar drive Titanfall cannot continue...

I have had the same problem since the patch update came out I have cleared the chache and formated my harddrive and still nothing I think there is something missing in the patch from EA
