Titanfall imc rising dlc seasonpass problem

I own the season pass for xbox one, but it says i need to pay ten dollars for it. Whats going on? Ive tried from in game and on the store page and cant find anything that allows me to download imc ris...

I have the season pass but it's still requiring me to pay $9.99 for the DLC?

One thing is for certain: this could probably be handled more efficiently. I own the Season Pass and both previous DLCs. I will NOT pay $9.99 on top of that!
