Titanfall Keeps Stuttering

Every 5 seconds the game seems to feeze for half a second. It makes it appear as if enemy movement is laggy, it makes it very hard to kill and shoot at anything. At first I thought t was just lag, but then when i watched the kill cam, it would freeze up too, that's when i realized it was the game itself.  I do not know when this started, but I definitely was not having this issue at launch or in the beta. Only V-Sync issues then.

Aside from that, the game seems to run smooth, No longer have a vsync issues, I turned shadows off because it seemed to make the lighting go crazy. But no matter what setting I turn down, what resolution I go to, the game will stutter. I have a fairly good pc, and my ping sits around 60.
