titanfall, level wont save, no point playing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ive been playing titan fall for a few months now, all was fine up until i got to  about level 17, no i cant level up, for about a month ive went up about 30 levels atleast and only made it to 19, for ex i just played for 2 hours and got up 3 levels, then quit and went back it hadnt saved!!!!!!
i spent 3 hours waiting to talk to someone yesterday only to be kicked from the live convo, if this cant be resolved i want a refund as the game isnt meeting its standards. and currently unplayable, almost put me off ea and titanfall completely, but we will see if they can try help at all!!!!!!
