Yes, I have the same problem. My graphics card is an Nvidia GTX 780 Ti with the latest Nvidia Drivers 340.52. I ran a reair game files on Titanfall. It did repair some audio files, but then I restarted the game and I still get the missing DLL message.

I'm on AMD, same issue, although I used to have an Nvidia card. I'm going to remove my old Nvidia drivers and see if that clears up the issue.

I have a HD7950 Crossfire setup, with the latest beta firmwares (14.7), and have the same problem.

Nvidia 560TI with not current but current -1 update drivers and I have the same prob.
Cannot play new maps at all, at start it informs about the missing drivers two times and after that the game launches. New Frontier´s edge maps can be seen but cannot be played (This playlist requires one or more downloadable map packs that you or someone...)

So I found the issue to the problem for all the video cards. I tested with an R9 280X on my other system. Same issue after patch/update.
However the error will go away if you disable the following programs:
Raptr
MSI Afterburner
GeForce Experience
Pretty much anything that has to do with video game overlay software - or FRAPS or Overclocking software must be disabled. After exiting those programs, then there is no more DLL issue. However even when I had the issue - I could just keep clicking until the game launched. Except the game would randomly freeze up or just crash. Hopefully I won't have more issues like that.
Good luck guys. The new maps are much better IMO. They should have had them in from the beginning. Oh well at least the developers have openly admitted they are getting much better at map design now and it shows.
