Have you already tried to repair or to re-install the game? I recommend to delete and re-install Direct X from the system. You should consider to clean your videocard driver as well in order to install the latest version 344.75 from Nvidia.

Is any other software like Raptr, Fraps, MSI Afterburner or any communication app running while you are playing the game and is this issue  happening as well if you are using a headset?
