Titanfall not starting

hello @MADrag0n thanks for the help, i just did some windows update, would you like to check my dxdiag and see if there's any problem?

btw i uninstalled the game and reinstalling the game in origin.

- perform "Clean boot"

- delete folder c:\Users\[UserName]\Documents\Respawn\Titanfall\

- run Origin and game with Admin rights

- if it not helped give me report (txt file) of MSInfo.

I have closed some unwanted services from the clean boot. the extra contents of the game is still downloading, but i did tried to run the base game, still nothing happens. i have attached the msinfo.

What about log:

I) check system for threads

Scan your OS and cure it of any malicious objects in this way:

1) download CureIt;

2) Make "Safe mode" and run as Admin downloaded CureIt exe-file, make settings for checking whole C: drive and start scanning.

3) then use this tools: https://ru.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/
- manually delete "Online Guardian". check and find files and folders and delete it how in this links: 1, 2, 3 (not use software which they propose to use).

II) check system files

Run command prompt with Admin rights and enter a commands:

ECHO Y | CHKDSK C: /F /X

SFC /SCANNOW

(If some errors are fixed - restart the PC)

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
(If some errors are fixed - restart the PC)

III) Reinstall all Visual С++ components in this way:

a) delete all content of this folders: "C:\Windows\Temp\" and "C:\User\[UserName]\AppData\Temp\";
b) all installers run as Admin;
c) before install this, delete all already installed versions;
d) if you have x64 OS, you'd install x32 (x86) and x64 packages of all versions:
VC2005 (хххххх80.dll), VC2008 (хххххх90.dll), VC2010 (ххххх100.dll), VC2012 (ххххх110.dll), VC2013 (ххххх120.dll), VC2015 (ххххх140.dll);

e) If u not on Win10, install as Admin this update for Universal C Runtime.

IV)

before run game close any software with own overlay feature (playstv, raptr,...) and disable Origin in-game feature for the game and disable any antivirus software

Hi @MADrag0n, thanks for the assistance on the steps, here's the update

1. the cure it, cured 2 files

2. there were some numbers of files deleted with malwarebytes.

3 for SFC /SCANNOW, the report said there are some files which cant be repaired

4. for the DISM, system showed error: 87

5. as for the Visual C++, i uninstalled old version of it and download a new one and installed

6. the Universal C Runtime, when i run the setup it shows as update for windows (KB2999226) is already installed on this computer.

but after all this, the game doesn't start when i click play button in origin. Please help. maybe we can do teamviewer if you would like to check more to advise a solution.

at first we need to correct sfc and dism command.

- give me sfc log file C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log (and while I'm studying the log try to boot ur PC in "Safe Mode with Networking" and run this command again)

- and screenshot of command prompt with dism command error
