Titanfall PC stuck at initializing

I had the game 2 days ago and I haven't been able to play this game at all. I pressed play but all it did was retrieving matching list and counting the 1 of 10, 2 of 10,.... and then INITIALIZING... ...

nope... still didn't hit the spot. still have the infinite data center search.
