Titanfall pre-loaded but can't play.

Just like the title states. I pre-loaded this game days ago when it first became available for pre-load but now I cannot play. The play button is greyed out and when I launch origin the download manager shows this: http://i.imgur.com/1sz27Yo.jpg

Now, I can't even uninstall, reinstall, repair install, or anything. There's almost no helpful options in origin to fix my game (To be clear, right clicking on it shows the following: "Play" (greyed out like I said), "View Game Details", "Add to favorites", "Check for update" (which does nothing), "Customize Box Art", "Game Properties", "Hide") I'm trying to contact live support but figured I would post here too.

  • I did some more digging and found a fix where someone had the same issue with bf4.

"I had this problem and fixed it by closing origin, cutting and pasting the bf4 folder outside of origins library. Then I restarted origin so that it could see bf4 was gone, then I closed origin again and moved bf4 back to the original folder. After that it worked just fine. No redownload necessary, and it only took a minute."

This worked for me, so if you're having this issue you can try this and it *should* work.

wow thanks so much it worked

  • It should be in Program Files(x86) > Origin Games

There will be file folders for all your origin games installed.
