titanfall profile

Question

Ive been playing titanfall since it came out i was a level forty and today when i turned the game on it said i was a level one my xbox still tells me i have all the acheivements and recent plays is there any way to get my profile back

I was reset as quickly as it takes to go to the store I cant even remember wat level I was before I left because I just put some hours in what the point of a game you can't progress in that's whack mane I would rather my money back or free season pass cause I work to dame hard for this money what type of gimmick is this....
