Titanfall Rank Reset

Since buying Titanfall on the Xbox One store about 2-3 weeks ago (mid november), every time I rank up, no matter how long I play for, or how much I ranked up, my rank keeps resetting to rank 1 when I play it again the next day.  Can not find any help online anywhere and its getting a little bit frustrating. Apart from that, the game plays great with no other complaints.

Please help
