Titanfall refuses to use Nvidia card?

Hey! I was wondering if anyone found a solution for this:

I loaded Titanfall to find that I was getting very low FPS (7 fps) and severe screen tearing, making the game unplayable on the lowest settings.

After struggling with this for several hours, I have determined that the game is refusing to use my Nvidia 675MX, and is instead defaulting to the integrated Intel 4000. Changing settings in Nvidia control panel to force titanfall to use the high performance nvidia processor does nothing.

It looks like Origin might be the problem. It seems to lack a Nvidia profile, and starts the game using the integrated card. I am on the latest drivers, and have attempted a clean reinstall so I doubt that it is a driver issue.

EA Support has been no help, and technical support has not contacted me back, even though I was told that I would be hearing from them today.

I'm pretty upset that I paid $90 for this, and am not getting any help or updates from EA.

Has anyone else encountered the same problem?

My Specs:

Windows 7 x64

Intel i7-3630QM

16GB RAM

Nvidia GTX 675MX - Newest drivers

My Case Number with dxdiag and related info:

12436813
