This may sound dumb, but have you tried disabling Origin in-game for Titanfall?
Right click on game in "My Games" on Origin > Game Properties > Check the "Disable Origin in Game for this game" box
Alternatively, disable it for all games from the Origin menu
Origin > Application Settings > Origin In Game > Uncheck the "Enable Origin In Game" box
Seems simple but I didn't see it mentioned as an attempted solution and if it's the Origin.exe causing your system to use Intel instead of nVidia "separating" it from Titanfall may do the trick.

I just got done trying this also. No luck either but thanks for the suggestion.

So, EA tech support hasn't gotten back to me. I ended up returning the game for a refund from EA. Everyone please remember that you can still do this! (I bought on Origin)
If the problems get sorted out, I might consider rebuying the game at a lower price point in the future.
