I have this problem as well with my 640m. I think the problem is Origin as other people have mentioned, while trying to find a solution for this problem I found a post of someone who couldn't get the command line arguments of his shortcuts to work, I feel that this may be a similar problem preventing the graphics card from being used. Then again I don't really know what I'm talking about, I just hope it gets fixed soon.
