Titanfall wont start - URLMON.DLL missing
Hello guys.
Looking for some help with titanfall, and its quite urgent since in 8 hours the 24 hour window for refund is closing in on me.
As the title states i cant launch titanfall at all.
Bought and Downloaded he digital deluxe copy from origin. When i try to play it it states in swedish:
"Titanfall.exe - Systemfel
Detgick inte att starta programmet eftersom urlmon.dll saknas på datorn. Du kan försöka åtgärda problemet genom att installera om programmet
Wich essentialy means: "Titanfall cant start because urlmon.dll is missing. The problem might be solved by reinstalling"
So i click the "OK" button in that window and it keeps spamming that window on my screen 5 times and then nothing happends.
Things i have tried:
1. Reinstalling 2 times. its a good thing i download at 110 mb/sec from origin servers atleast....
2. Repair game from within origin 2 x times
3. Installed lates graphics drivers from nvidia.
4. Reinstalled origin 2x times. One time on c: drive and second time on d: drive where i installed Titanfall.
Have opened a ticket with EA support but hey, guess what no response! What a shocker!
So here i amd trying out the forums instead before applying for a refund, since im 10000000% sure they will claim that once i klicked titanfall from origin that means i ahve launched the game and my 24 hour countdown has started 😉
