Yep, same problem here too.
Im in UK, only ever see ping for 1 data center (at most) and thats usually in South Central USA, or elsewhere is the US.
Three days now. The list of "known bugs/problems" doesn't mention anything about this issue.
I notice a reassuring lack of any response of any kind from EA.
Can i assume that something is being done to fix this, given there is zilch in the way of official acknowledgment from EA?
Maybe someone from EA could actually say something about this, having parted with good money to buy, and crucially, PLAY the game,
it might be nice to have a response of some use.
Delete your system Cache, it seems to work well it did for me
And STILL no official word from EA.
Way to respond to "valued" customers.
Shouldn't be surprised, this is classic customer support from EA....namely, taking the cash but not so good at
replying to customer issues.
Clearing the cache doesn't work. Obviously.
Having to load, exit, reload, endlessly to try and find a server that isn't on the other side of the world. Each time i reload it, im given
the choice of ONE server...usually thousands of miles away.
