Titanfall xbox 360 stuck in endless Retrieving match making list loop

ok so ive opened all correct ports made sure other games work correctly. i have an OPEN nat. my game will not connect just stays on CONNECTING... Retrieving matchmaking list...   itll do that forever...

Just bought titanfall deluxe edition for Xbox 360 on the Christmas sale, downloaded it and I go into the game and I want to play but it just says connecting... Retreving match making list
Not a enjoyable way to spend the Christmas holidays ☹️ please fix this EA it would be much appreciated
