Titanfall2 can't save campaign progress and can't launch multiplayer

Can't save the campaign and Can't log into multiplayer.

I bought titanfall2 on PC Steam, and it just simply won't save. If I die at one point, it dragged me back to the very first of the level, so there's no checkpoint. I also cannot restart from previous checkpoint, it just don't let me click on it. I saw answers from around the internet:

1. install my game on C drive, not working

2. quit onedrive and disable windows security center, not working

3. verify integrity of the file, it passed but still not working.

I even uninstall and install it again, still not working. I really don't want to sit there for couple of hours just to play through the campaign at once.

for multiplayer, it always remains on "connecting to Respawn Server"....

any suggestion?
