this error happen every day, every game, every seconds!!! WE CAN'T PLAY ANYMORE!!! All servers are down and hacked! Let,s flood the forum of this problem! that will maybe wake up them!

I suspect they actually might had done something. The hacker plays on a new Gen 1 account/ID. Does that mean they got banned on the old ones? Also EU servers are back online. Could be a coincidence, I don't know. Anyways, it still definitely didn't fix the issue for good...

Please note that he can use literally anything as his in-game name. Open his Origin profile next time, but beware he can change names there to mimic real player names too. Example is "po358" with capital o instead of zero...
