Update: EA Infrastructure Maintenance 3/20 – 12AM PDT (7AM GMT)

At least Dice has the courtesy of recognizing their issues and laying them out to the community how and when they are going to fix them. Here all I see is "We (EA) have detected a problem; most likely it's you guys' internet, but we will patch it sometime in the future, not sure when though; Thanks for your money and time though!"
