Very Frustrating Crashing Issue - UPDATED: May Have Uncovered New Issue

Okay, so after countless hours of troubleshooting I'm pretty convinced this issue may be impossible to fix, and likely should ask for a refund soon, but here goes. I've simply been unable to stay on...

I am having the same issue. Two days later, they have blamed BT, my Firewall, my AMD card, and the kitchen sink. I have given up and asked for a refund.
